Refund Policy

Refund Policy for 365 Golf
 

Effective Date: 9/26/2024

 

At 365 Golf, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our customers. Our refund
policy is designed to be fair and comply with Georgia state law. Please read our policy carefully
to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking services or purchasing
memberships through our website or in-person.

 

1. Services and Simulator Rentals
For all bookings, including simulator rentals, golf lessons, and other services, the following
refund policy applies:
• Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the
scheduled start time to receive a full refund or credit toward future services. Cancellations
made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, you can do so up to 24
hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your
booking will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booking price.
• No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled booking without prior notice will
result in a forfeiture of the full amount paid.

 

2. Memberships
We offer both individual and family memberships with access to our facilities and services.
Please note the following terms for membership purchases:
• Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. Once a membership is
activated, you may cancel it at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused
portion of the membership period.
• Cancellation of Auto-Renewal: If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal of your
membership, you must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Any requests
made after that will apply to the following billing cycle.
• Prorated Refunds: In exceptional circumstances, such as medical issues that
prevent you from using the facility, we may consider prorated refunds at our sole discretion.
Proof of the medical condition may be required.

 

3. Events, Clinics, and Classes
For special events, clinics, or group classes, the following refund terms apply:
• Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your registration for an event, clinic,
or class up to 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours
of the event are non-refundable but may be credited toward future events or services.
• Event Cancellations by 365 Golf: If we cancel an event, clinic, or class due to
unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, facility issues), you will receive a full refund or
the option to transfer your registration to another event.

 

4. Products and Merchandise
For any products or merchandise purchased from 365 Golf (such as apparel, equipment, or
accessories), the following refund and exchange policy applies:

• Refunds and Exchanges: Products may be returned or exchanged within 14
days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original
packaging and tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Final Sale Items: All sale items or custom-ordered products are final sale and are
not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective.

 

5. Refund Process

number]. Once we receive your request, we will review it and process refunds or credits within
7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

 

6. Special Considerations
In compliance with Georgia state law:
• If no refund policy is clearly stated, consumers may assume they are entitled to
a refund or exchange for defective or unsatisfactory goods within a reasonable time. To avoid
this assumption, we ensure that our refund and return policy is clearly communicated at the
time of booking or purchase.
• We reserve the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and
make decisions in accordance with Georgia state law and our policy.
