accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with

365 Golf provides golf simulator rentals, golf lessons, memberships, and other related services
(the “Services”). All bookings and services are subject to availability.
• By making a booking through the Site, you agree to pay the listed fees for the
selected service.
• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
• Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made in accordance with our
cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.
5. Memberships
We offer various membership plans, including individual and family memberships, which
provide discounted access to our Services. Memberships are subject to the following
conditions:
• Membership fees are recurring and will be billed according to the membership
plan you select.
• You may cancel your membership at any time, but you will not receive a refund
for the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify membership benefits, fees, and terms at any
time, with prior notice to members.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices for services, memberships, and other offerings are listed in U.S. dollars unless
otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but price changes will not
affect orders or bookings that have already been confirmed.

not store or have access to your payment details.
• In the event of any billing discrepancies, you must contact us within 30 days of
the charge date.
7. Intellectual Property

and text, are the property of 365 Golf or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property
laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 365 Golf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of
Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or
dispute arising from your use of the Site or services will be brought in the state or federal
courts located in Georgia.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and such changes will be
